The ‘Me Too’ movement has not permeated the closed kitchen doors of our leading restaurants; cases of sexual harassment are covered up and many women chefs believe the general public do not care. Based on real interviews, ‘Yes Chef’ gives voice to these women. We readily consume TV shows showcasing abusive and toxic male chefs as ‘great artists’ (Hell’s Kitchen, anyone?!) It is time to platform these women’s stories.
